Cherry Valley Lakeview Estates Clubhouse
Residents may reserve the Estates clubhouse upper floor for parties and gatherings. To reserve the clubhouse, please contact the management company with your preferred date and time. Dates that have already been reserved or are otherwise unavailable will be posted on the event calendar. Once the management company has confirmed that the requested date is available, you will be sent a lease which you must sign and return along with two separate checks – one for the rental fee of $75 and one for the security deposit of $250. Please note that the pool and weight room are not to be used by event guests.
