Cherry Valley Lakeview Estates Swimming Pool Rules and Schedule

Please have all family members read and follow all rules.  For small children, it is up to the accompanying adult to ensure that their child abides by the rules.
Cherry Valley Lakeview Estates provides no lifeguard supervision.  All persons using the Pool do so at their own risk.  All accidents must be reported to Omni Management Services, (724) 749-5020.  IN CASE OF EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL 911, POLICE OR AMBULANCE.

An example of an emergency is failure of equipment or other conditions that may jeopardize the health or safety of any user of the Pool or the Pool Area.

All persons using the Pool and Pool Area do so at their own risk.  In consideration for their use of the Pool and Pool Area, all persons who use the Pool and Pool Area agree not to make any claim against the Cherry Valley Lakeview Estates Homeowners’ Association, Inc., CVL Partners, LP, Omni Management Services, Inc., or any of their respective partners, members, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors for any loss of life, bodily injury or property damage.

The Cherry Valley Lakeview Estates Homeowners’ Association reserves the right to recommend changes in rules and regulations and other changes that could improve the quality of the Pool operations.

Pool Rules

  1. The Pool Area is defined as that certain area bounded by a fence including the swimming pool (the “Pool”), lawn area, deck area, and lower restroom areas.
  2. The Pool and the Pool Area days and hours are as follows:
    Pool Opening Day: Saturday, May27, 2023
    Pool Closing Day:   Monday, September 4, 2023
    Hours of Operation:  9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.Pool hours are subject to change and will be posted at the pool.
    All residents must vacate the pool area at 9:00 p.m. each day as water testing will be conducted at that time.
  3. Compromised swim hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
  4. The Pool may be closed at the discretion of the Property Manager or the Clubhouse / Pool Committee of the Cherry Valley Lakeview Estates Homeowners’ Association due to weather conditions, equipment failure, and/or other conditions which may jeopardize the health or safety of any swimmer.
  5. Each unit, regardless of the number of people residing in the unit, may invite to the pool a maximum of two (2) individual non-resident guests at one time. This includes children and adults.
  6. Members are responsible for their guests and must accompany them at all times.
  7. All chairs, chaise lounges, and tables must be returned to the concrete area when you are finished using them. Do not leave them in the grassy area.
  8. Dog, cats, and other pets are not permitted in the Pool Area.
  9. Bikes, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, and the like are not permitted in the Pool Area, on the sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas at the Pool.
  10. The pool will close and all swimmers must leave the Pool Area at the first sign of an electrical storm, or at other times if deemed necessary. The Pool Area will reopen at the appropriate time after the storm has cleared.
  11. Smoking is not permitted in the Pool Area.
  12. Candy wrappers, food, and other waste materials are to be placed in the refuse containers provided for their disposal.
  13. The consumption of food is permitted only on the lawn area in the Pool Area. No food, drink, or chewing gum is permitted on the concrete area or in the Pool. Anyone not cleaning up their debris will have their name submitted to the management company for review.
  14. Noodles, water wings, and inflatable rings, 24 inches or less, are permitted. Any other floatation device is not permitted in the Pool.
  15. Non-swimmers are not permitted in the deep-water section without adult supervision. Children wearing floatation devices must have direct adult supervision at all times, i.e.: within arm’s reach.
  16. Glass items of any type are not permitted in the Pool Area.
  17. Alcoholic beverages of any type are not permitted in the Pool Area.
  18. Electrical appliances are not permitted in the Pool Area.
  19. Running and rough play are not permitted in the Pool Area.
  20. Profanity and intoxication are not permitted in the Pool Area.
  21. No diving permitted at the Pool.
  22. Flips into the Pool are not permitted.
  23. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult, at least 18 years old, at all times.
  24. Babies are permitted in the pool only in the arms of a responsible person at least 18 years of age. Disposable diapers are not permitted in the Pool. Non-potty-trained children must wear commercially designed Swim Diapers or a swimsuit designed for non-potty-trained children.
  25. All swimmers must wear appropriate swimming attire. Jeans, cut-offs, shorts, sweatshirts are not permitted.
  26. Health Department regulations must be observed by all using the pool. No person with a fever, cold, cough, inflamed eyes, any skin disease or wearing gauze bandages shall be allowed to use the Pool.
  27. A night storm may delay the opening of the Pool in the morning if the pool must be cleaned before it’s opened for the day.
  28. Lounge chairs may not be reserved. First priority for the chairs are adults, 18 years and up.
  29. The property manager or clubhouse/pool committee member can remove a swimmer from the water for a period of time, or have them removed from the Pool Area, for violating the rules. The manager or committee member may also eject a person for unsafe or objectionable behavior. In extreme cases, the Clubhouse/Pool Committee shall determine whether privileges to use the Pool will be removed or suspended for a period of time.
  30. The Pool is not included in the rental of the Clubhouse. The Pool may be in use during private clubhouse events, and playful summer fun with families may interrupt your gathering. Keep this in mind when booking the Clubhouse.
  31. All Pool Rules are subject to change without prior notice if conditions so require.
